Session Vibes

Sessions with me will often include a brief check in, a chat about if anything came up over the week, or since I saw you last, that may be helpful to explore. Otherwise, we move into working on work we’ve been doing in terms of treatment goals and dive in either direction!

I welcome you to be comfortable and make yourself at home-take off your coat, shoes, grab a drink, fidget toy, or grab my blanket. This space, whether virtual or in person, is where you can show up authentically.

Modalities and Frameworks

I believe in taking a relational approach to therapy. Essentially, I’m a human and so are you. We give space to make things authentic and real without apology. Always looking towards building healthy relationships.

With this, I incorporate a trauma informed, neuroaffriming, and humanistic lens on therapy while weaving in anything that can help you as needed. I bring a safe space where we acknowledge that bigger systems we operate within impact how we engage in the world and in our lives.

I believe there is no one single approach to healing, or to therapy, so in order to light the right spark or find the right piece, we need to use what works best at the time. Ultimately, we work together to see what works the best FOR YOU and go from there! Flexibility and curiosity are always a priority.
