Who I See: I specialize in therapy for individuals 12+ navigating complex trauma, neurodivergence, childhood trauma, domestic violence, and sexual assault in Colorado Springs, CO and throughout the state of Colorado. I offer a safe space for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC clients, individuals from fringe or nontraditional lifestyles, and members of anyone going against the norm. My sub-specialties include religious trauma, sex work, stress, financial trauma, healthy relationship building, communication, transitions in life, men’s issues, cult recovery, chronic illness, parenting, chronic pain, anger, depression including postpartum, anxiety including health anxiety and OCD, functional neurological disorder, late diagnosed ASD/ADHD/AuDHD and couples/family dynamics.

How I Work: My approach is affirming, Client-centered, integrative for unique needs and grounded in respect for you. I collaborate closely with you to create a personalized treatment plan, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities to support your healing and growth. Basically, I’m of the belief that you are the expert of your story and I deeply value you and your wisdom.

We might work well together if: You’re looking for someone who is compassionate yet direct, laid-back, and who may swear. If you want a genuine relationship, real person showing up for you, and you don’t mind being challenged or called out but respected for your insight and wisdom. My space is relaxed and cozy. You’ll see me coming in as a regular person just like you. Together, we can ignite the spark of healing.

A bit about me personally: I graduated from The University of Colorado at Colorado Springs with a Master’s in Social Work and specialization in trauma care, I have honed my practice by working with unhoused youth, those with substance disorders and other at risk populations with a variety of needs while practicing at a local community mental health center, training and practicing at TESSA for those experiencing intimate partner violence, sexual assault and human trafficking. In my spare time I am an avid reader (mainly romance), learning about anything, and spending quality time with my children and partner of over a decade. I also go to therapy, I strongly believe all therapists should be in therapy. I believe that there is power in community and we can all do with building a more positive one for ourselves.
